Tsinghua University’s Law School offers high-quality undergraduate degree education, and confers doctoral and master’s degrees in the first-level discipline of law, recruiting undergraduates, master and doctoral students nationwide. Undergraduate education covers law major and law (international) major. Postgraduate education includes all majors (except military) law covered by the first-level discipline of law, as well as Juris Master (LL.M.) in Chinese Law program for foreign students (including the direction of international arbitration).

The law discipline is one of the key priority disciplines for construction and development in Tsinghua University. Tsinghua University’s Law School has attained a high academic level and developed strong research strength. Since being selected as a discipline for the promotion of the national “Double First-Class” initiative in September 2017, the Law School has been attaching great importance to discipline development, passing the mid-term evaluation of the “Double First-Class Disciplines” in 2019 with high rating by the evaluation team.
